Competition Committee Clarifications Current Year Clarifications   History of Previous Clarifications     If a rule has not been subsequently revised, the original clarification,     no matter how old, still applies. But if a rule has been revised after the     original clarification, the new rule supersedes the original clarification. 2015 2014 2013 2012 2011 2010 2009 2008 2007 2006 2005 2004  In September 2004 all previous Clarifications became null and void.
